The RN is responsible for assessing residents, administering medications and treatments, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and appropriate team members Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions Educate residents and family members regarding care plans and treatment goals Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina Current CPR certification Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills What Makes You a Great Fit Compassion for an underserved population Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Dependable, professional, and resident-focused Passionate about delivering exceptional care and improving residents' quality of life Apply today and join a team that values your expertise, supports your growth, and recognizes the difference you make every day.
