In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident care needs, and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes and quality of life for our residents. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures safely and accurately Assess and monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and appropriate team members Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs Respond effectively to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Participate in care planning and resident assessments Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina Current CPR certification Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills What Makes You a Great Fit Compassion for an underserved population Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment Dependable and professional Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced healthcare environment Apply today and join a team that values your expertise, supports your growth, and appreciates the difference you make in the lives of our residents every day.
