In this role, you will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and help create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for those we serve. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist residents with feeding and hydration as needed Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff Take and document vital signs Assist with transfers, mobility, and repositioning Maintain accurate documentation and resident records Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life Maintain a clean and safe environment Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Active South Carolina CNA certification in good standing Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Compassion for an underserved population Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, professional, and resident-focused What Makes You a Great Fit Compassionate caregiver with a heart for seniors Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and team-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Committed to providing exceptional resident care Apply today and join a team where you'll be supported, appreciated, and rewarded for the difference you make every day.
