Job Description: Senior Account Executive, Employee Engagement As a Senior Account Executive, Employee Engagement at Zeno, you will support clients with employee engagement, internal communications and change management assignments. The Senior Account Executive will work with some of the worlds most renowned brands to deliver integrated communications focused on the employee experience. You will have responsibility for a variety of activities, including contributing to employee communication strategies and campaigns, engaging with clients, developing messaging and content, creating presentation materials, conducting research and continuing to build Zenos growing Employee Engagement offering. About the Role: Partner with team members to execute Change Management, Employee Engagement, and Internal Communications strategies, programs and tactics for key clients. Draft client deliverables for senior team review. Support Zenos point of view and programming around Employee Engagement, Change Management, and/or Internal Communications. Conduct and analyze communications research. Support senior colleagues in the delivery and management of client assignments. Apply or create tools, templates and methodologies that contribute to your clients internal communications effectiveness. Ensure junior team members understand their assignments and execute flawlessly. Partner with more junior clients. Stay abreast of best practices in Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, and Change Management both in general & in your clients industries. Understand your clients business, their competitors, their strategies, and the role communications play in their success. Draft compelling communications tailored to specific audience segment based off clients key priorities. Solve communications challenges and meet objectives. Learn our integrated model and support that model within your business when possible. About You: 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or a related field within an agency or similar environment. Understanding of traditional and non-traditional communications tactics and drive great results for your clients and your team. Knowledge of internal communications tools and technology (ex: Firstup/SocialChorus, Qualtrics, Workplace, Yammer, SharePoint, etc.) Exceptional writing/editing skills across a wide variety of client deliverables including communications plans, scripts, talk tracks, and thought leadership pieces. Learns client tone of voice, brand standards and applies them consistently. Familiar with SEO best practices and writing for digital properties (e.g., blogs, newsletters, emails.) Strong organizational skills and the ability to identify competing priorities/escalate when appropriate. Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work against tight deadlines, troubleshoot and propose solutions. Comfortable delegating responsibilities both above and below your level, overseeing quality, and ensuring deadline and budget adherence. Understanding of performance metrics, optimization and ability to spot trends. Be committed to learning about communications and employee engagement trends. Ability to coach, mentor, and support more junior staff. Be willing collaborator and contributor; quick on your feet; excited to learn; not afraid to ask questions or make suggestions/recommendations. Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000 USD/yr. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEHs total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. Level 04 An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
