Job Description: Account Supervisor, Brand Do you enjoy helping brands connect with audiences through compelling stories, meaningful experiences and integrated communications programs? Are you energized by managing client relationships, bringing ideas to life and helping teams deliver impactful work? As an Account Supervisor, Brand at Zeno, you will lead day-to-day client programs for leading consumer and brand clients. Working closely with clients, account teams and cross-functional partners, you will help develop communications strategies, manage integrated campaigns and ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for a communications professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to guide client programs, mentor junior team members and help brands achieve their business and communications objectives. About the Role: Client Leadership & Program Management: Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, managing projects, communications programs and integrated workstreams while ensuring high-quality execution and strong client service. Brand Communications & Storytelling: Contribute to the development of communications strategies, messaging and content that help brands engage audiences and achieve business objectives. Media Relations & Influencer Engagement: Develop and execute media and influencer outreach programs, building relationships that drive awareness, engagement and measurable results. Integrated Campaign Execution: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns, events and communications initiatives that align with client goals. Business Growth & Industry Engagement: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to new capabilities, contribute to business growth and stay connected to industry trends and professional networks. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work. Operational Excellence: Help manage account budgets, timelines, resources and project deliverables while ensuring quality, efficiency and accountability. About You: 5+ years of experience in public relations, communications, brand marketing or related fields within an agency or other fast-paced environment. Experience developing and executing communications programs that support business and brand objectives. Strong understanding of media relations, influencer engagement and integrated communications strategies. Experience planning and executing events, campaigns or brand activations. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively about client challenges and opportunities. Strong writing, editing and presentation skills, with experience developing client-facing materials and recommendations. Experience building strong client relationships and supporting communications programs. Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. Experience managing budgets, timelines and account operations. Proven success building relationships with media, influencers and industry partners. Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members. Collaborative mindset with a passion for communications, storytelling and team success. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with consumer or lifestyle brands. Experience contributing to integrated campaigns that span earned, owned, social or experiential channels. Experience supporting business development or new business initiatives. Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000 USD/yr. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. Level 05 An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
