Job Description: Senior Account Executive, Employee Engagement Do you enjoy helping organizations connect with employees through meaningful communications? As a Senior Account Executive, Employee Engagement at Zeno, you will support employee engagement, internal communications and change management programs for leading organizations. Working closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners, you will help develop communications strategies, create content and deliver programs that strengthen culture, improve employee experiences and support business objectives. This role is ideal for a communications professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to manage projects, contribute to client programs and continue building expertise across employee engagement, internal communications and organizational change. About the Role: Employee Engagement & Internal Communications: Support the development and execution of employee engagement and internal communications programs that help organizations inform, engage and inspire employees. Change Management Communications: Contribute to communications strategies and content that help employees understand, adopt and navigate organizational change initiatives. Content Development & Storytelling: Draft and develop communications materials including messaging, emails, newsletters, presentations, scripts, leadership communications and other employee-facing content. Research & Communications Insights: Conduct communications research, monitor trends and help identify insights that inform strategies, content and program recommendations. Client Management & Program Execution: Support day-to-day client work, manage project timelines and contribute to the successful delivery of communications programs and initiatives. Team Collaboration & Professional Growth: Partner across teams, support junior colleagues and contribute to a collaborative environment that encourages learning, development and high-quality work. About You: 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, corporate communications, public relations or related fields within an agency or similar environment. Experience supporting communications initiatives that drive employee engagement, organizational change or culture-building efforts. Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing content for a variety of employee and leadership audiences. Familiarity with internal communications platforms and tools such as Firstup, SocialChorus, Qualtrics, Workplace, Yammer, SharePoint or similar technologies. Experience developing content for employee, leadership and stakeholder audiences including emails, newsletters, presentations, messaging frameworks and leadership communications. Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities and timelines. Understanding of communications measurement and program performance metrics. Experience collaborating with clients, stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with digital communications and content development best practices. Interest in employee engagement, workplace culture and evolving communications practices. Experience supporting and collaborating with junior team members. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas and support team success. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting large-scale change management or transformation initiatives. Familiarity with employee listening, engagement measurement or communications research methodologies. Experience working on integrated communications programs that span internal and external audiences. Knowledge of SEO or digital content optimization best practices. Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 USD/yr. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. Level 04 An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
