Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity, independence, and well-being. Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff. Measure and record vital signs accurately. Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures. Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to provide exceptional resident care.
