Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting resident dignity and independence. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff. Measure and accurately record vital signs. Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures. Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality resident care. Respond promptly and professionally to residents' needs and requests. Qualifications Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care. Previous skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred, but not required. New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply.
