In this role, you will provide direct resident care and assist residents with activities of daily living while helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with feeding and hydration as needed Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff Take and record vital signs Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning Maintain accurate documentation of resident care Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Active South Carolina CNA certification in good standing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Compassion for an underserved population Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, professional, and resident-focused What Makes You a Great Fit Compassionate caregiver with a heart for seniors Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and team-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Committed to providing exceptional resident care Apply Today Join West Village Post Acute and become part of a team that's redefining what post-acute care can be.
