RESPONSIBILITIES: Check guests and owners in and out of Empire Pass Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out for guests and owners Cover the front desk during scheduled shift Answer the phone in a professional manner and transfer calls as appropriate Post folio charges, perform folio reconciliation, and create shift reports Assist with owner and guest requests and proactively solve guest problems Assist with concierge duties, including making reservations for restaurants and activities Handle cash and credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure Assist guests withbell staff duties to and from rooms Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of Deer Valley and the Park City area preferred Must be available to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
