THE JOB: As a Front Services Guest Representative, you will create a warm first impression by welcoming guests and delivering personalized service that turns every stay into a memorable experience. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless arrival and departure process. Additionally, you will support guest satisfaction by promoting amenities and programs, while maintaining accuracy in transactions and upholding the highest standards of security and confidentiality. THE STARTING RATE: $19.00 hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY: Welcome guests to the property and the MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs and responding to and resolving any guest complaints in alignment with S.H.O.W.
