As a Guest Services Representative, youll create memorable first impressions with your welcoming personality, attention to detail, and elevated guest service. From check-in to check-out, youll help deliver personalized experiences, anticipate guest needs, and create WOW moments that make every stay unforgettable. THE STARTING RATE: $19.35 / Per Hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic manner in accordance with Company and departmental standards while maintaining composure and tact during high-volume interactions with guests, coworkers, and other departments in a fast-paced environment Provide dispatch services for guest requests including luggage assistance, room service orders, housekeeping amenities, wake-up calls, check-outs, early arrivals, late departures, messages, paging, long-distance assistance, and other special guest or administrative requests Perform data entry for service requests across housekeeping, front desk, bell, limo, facilities, and room service Dispatch bell and limo runs in accordance with front service department policies and procedures Maintain complete knowledge of room service menu items and recommend or suggest additional food options to guests WHAT YOULL NEED: Must be 21 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED One (1) year of prior relevant experience, preferably in a high-volume call center or guest services Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Free meals in our Park MGM employee dining room Free parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts properties Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groups Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION: https://mgmresorts.marketpayjobs.com/ShowJob.aspx?EntityID=2&jobcode=12894 Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
