Job TitleStudent Assistant Agency Texas A&M Agrilife Research Department Unit Business Services Proposed Minimum Salary$10.00 hourly Job LocationCollege Station, Texas Job TypeStudent Worker Job Description The Student Assistant position will assist in various tasks and projects to help optimize the workflow in the Unit Business Services Business Office. Responsibilities: Assist with sending new vendor/ supplier requests in the AggieBuy system. Assist with processing invoices in the AggieBuy system. Assist with making copies of new hire documents for processing. Assist with maintaining the shared email address inboxes for all 3 departments. Assist with the annual inventory process. Assist with new payment / travel card applications. May be asked to run errands within campus such as delivering or picking up documents. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Currently enrolled as a student. Good academic standing and maintained during employment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Dependable Strong organization and multitasking skills Good customer services skills Ability to work as a team and with others MS Office Work Schedule: Flexible work schedule Part-time: approximately 10 20 hours a week.
