THE JOB: Join the team as a Front Desk Representative, where youll create a warm and memorable first impression for guests in a luxury resort environment. In this role, youll deliver personalized service while assisting guests with arrivals, departures, reservations, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay. Working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, youll anticipate needs, build meaningful connections, and create WOW moments guests will remember long after their experience with us! THE STARTING PAY RATE: $19.00 / Per Hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Welcome guests to the property by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs, and resolving guest concerns in alignment with S.H.O.W.
