Key Responsibilities Provide and supervise direct patient care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents conditions and report changes to physicians and care team Support and guide CNAs and LPNs in delivering quality care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote a safe, clean, and resident-focused environment Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required) Current CPR certification required Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Why Join Piedmont Post Acute?
