Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required) Current CPR certification required Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills Compassion for an underserved population Why Join Piedmont Post Acute?
