You will work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive high-quality care throughout your shift. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff Provide compassionate and respectful care while maintaining resident dignity and privacy Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures Accurately document care provided and resident observations Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment Qualifications Active California CNA certification required Current CPR certification preferred Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care Ability to follow instructions and prioritize resident needs Commitment to providing exceptional resident care Apply Today!
