Mobile App Product Manager About the role The Mobile App Product Manager will be responsible for developing KnitWell Groups iOS and Android apps, delivering an exceptional omnichannel experience for millions of customers across our family of brands. The candidate will possess both excellent communication and analytical skills and bring a highly collaborative approach to developing, prioritizing, executing and measuring the new KnitWell mobile app. You can equally converse with a marketer and developer, with laser-sharp capability in translating needs to requirements, priorities to development to releases with measurable outcomes. As a founding member of the customer app team, you will bring a passion for fashion and an understanding of how the connected world has blurred the lines between how customers interact with brands. The impact you can have Own the product vision and roadmap for Knitwells iOS and Android apps, aligning with business objectives and customer needs Collaborate with Director of App to define priorities and align with the Knitwell app roadmap Partner with key business stakeholders (Brand, Merchandising, Planning, IT) to elicit and develop feature requirements that align with roadmap and deliver incremental business value Develop feature requirements (epics, user stories and acceptance criteria) in an agile environment with focus on iterative MVP releases, future learning and ability to pivot Manage the full agile delivery cycle of new feature requirements: app design, feasibility, sizing, solutioning, implementation, QA, UAT, release and measurement Manage app design for assigned features, leading a designer from hypothesis through design reviews and selection with ability to communicate and align stakeholders Establish and conduct continual discovery cycles for the product to maximize customer insights, competitor activity, feature requirements, vendors and technologies, feature performance and industry trends Provide input to Director on future roadmap opportunities Youll bring to the role Min 5 years of experience in ecommerce product management Native app experience a plus Bachelors degree required in a related field 8+ years of professional experience in branded retail, ecommerce or consulting environment Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience using Adobe Analytics (or equivalent) to develop hypotheses, define KPIS and drive outcomes Experience using tools like Monday.com and Adobe Target (or equivalent) to plan, prioritize and execute both test and personalization at scale Experience using JIRA and demonstrated success using Agile methods Excellent communication and project management skills ability to communicate with internal and external clients to gain understanding of needs with ability to translate those effectively into software requirements.
