Job Description Work with the Production Scheduler to develop weekly production plans and ensure the appropriate materials are available to support production lines. Lead, coach, and develop Shift Supervisors while monitoring plant performance to ensure daily operations meet production targets and business objectives. Partner with the Maintenance team to establish work priorities and identify production-area work windows for maintenance activities. Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to support associate-driven improvement initiatives focused on enhancing production performance. Ensure all production areas, facility equipment, and personnel comply with Safety and Food Safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment, produce wholesome products, and ensure audit readiness. Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by: Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
