In this role, you'll provide direct resident care and assist residents with daily activities while helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with feeding and hydration as needed Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff Take and record vital signs Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning Maintain accurate documentation and charting Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence Maintain a clean and safe environment Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Compassion for an underserved population Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, professional, and resident-focused We are an equal opportunity employer.
