Your attention to detail helps ensure the health, safety, and satisfaction of our residents and staff. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors throughout the facility Empty trash and replace liners regularly Clean surfaces including walls, windows, mirrors, and fixtures Sanitize high-touch areas such as handrails and equipment Follow all infection control and safety procedures Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized manner Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Ensure a welcoming and respectful environment for residents and visitors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Positive, reliable, and customer-service-focused attitude Why Join Piedmont Post Acute?
