ESSENTIALS: The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing all maintenance activities within the warehouse to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for maintenance requests, preventive maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep. The Maintenance Coordinator ensures all equipment, building systems, and infrastructure are properly maintained in compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the central coordinator for all warehouse maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility improvements. Create, manage, and update maintenance work orders, logs, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accountability. Prioritize maintenance needs based o n operational impact, safety requirements, and resource availability. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to schedule repairs, inspections, and service activities. Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts. Ensure all maintenance work follows OSHA, company safety policies, and regulatory standards. Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, recommending corrective actions, and assisting with equipment lifecycle planning Communicate maintenance updates, equipment downtime, and completion timelines to warehouse leadership and relevant stakeholders. Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $27.00/hour and $27.00/hour.
