Position Title: Golf Relations Specialist - Hourly Job Description: Responsible for general customer service duties and assisting the golf professionals with day-to-day operations. Performs other related duties as required. Typical Duties: Answers phone calls and books reservations for customers. Completes point-of-sale transactions for green fees and merchandise. Assures golf carts are clean and staged in an orderly fashion. Assists with practice area and driving range operations and management. Responsible for cleanliness of clubhouse interior and grounds. Expedites play on a golf course. May make recommendations to golfers concerning joining other groups and waving other golfers through. Assists in other golf operations as requested. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated knowledge of golf industry and golf standards. Outstanding communications, public relations, and customer service skills. Ability to keep accurate records and maintain proper accounting of fees, purchases, and other activities. Ability to perform basic gardening or general maintenance work.
