The final grade and compensation offered will be based on the successful candidate's education, experience, and relevant skills. What We're Looking For: Engineer Assc/ Eng Tech Assc (Grade 05) $79,000 - $82,000 This is an entry level position for new graduates with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology in a program accredited by ABET* Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering examination in preparation for future licensing as a Professional Engineer (PE) is encouraged and preferred. Engineer / Engineer Tech (Grade 06-07): $82,000 - $105,000 Has typically acquired two - four (2-4) or more years of related engineering experience along with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology in a program accredited by ABET* Individuals with a Master's degree in engineering from an engineering program accredited by ABET* may be considered for entry into the organization at Grade 06 level. *ABET - Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology. Acceptable alternatives are: Bachelor's degree in engineering (non-ABET), plus a Professional Engineers (PE) license in any state of the U.S. OR Bachelor's degree in engineering (non-ABET) plus a Master's degree or PhD in engineering from a university with an ABET accredited Bachelor's program. NOTE: ABET accredited program requirement may be waived at the discretion of VP or Executive level and above based on relevant qualifications and experience.
