About The Team Youll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Fontana, California Salary Range: $70,000 $90,000 Base + Commission Employment Type: Full-Time What You'll Do Customer Development & Performance Achievement: Drive the acquisition of key clients, logistics partners, and overseas warehouse customers. Execute sales strategies to meet performance targets and expand market share. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication through regular check-ins, address real-time needs, nurture long-term partnerships, and enhance satisfaction to secure strategic collaborations. Business Planning & Execution: Develop and implement project solutions aligned with market insights and objectives. Manage quotations, contract negotiations, and finalizations. Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee receivables for clients within payment terms, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, and ensure timely fund recovery. Market Intelligence & Feedback: Gather market data, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Provide timely updates and actionable insights to inform marketing strategies. About You 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in 3PL, logistics, supply chain, or warehousing Proven track record of closing mid-to-large deals as an individual contributor Strong understanding of 3PL services (warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, value-added services) Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple internal stakeholders Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
