Our nimble, decentralized culture can provide you with a wealth of opportunities to learn about our business and quickly gain experience to accelerate your career. ***This is an in-office working arrangement at our Oakland, CA location.*** About the role: We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Administrator - Commercial Real Estate (internally called Senior Client Services Coordinator) who thrives on providing top-notch support to brokers and clients alike! This role will include helping support the Business Development of Brokers through marketing efforts, creation of pitch decks and other graphic material, client/account management, along with managing the transaction communication throughout the process from commencement to completion. In this role, you will: Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, and track action items, delivery dates/times and manage up to completion of each project. Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients for broker team. Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports. Update Brokers recent transactions on applicable websites, and client contract portals for both local and regional clients intel to be readily available. Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes, entering deal sheets and submitting completed trade record and supporting paperwork, preparing invoices and tracking payments. What you bring: 2+ years of marketing/administrative support services experience within Commercial Real Estate. Strong Proficiency with Adobe InDesign. Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Real Estate Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable with using network/cloud based systems. Excellent communications skills, both oral and written. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
