About the Role The Marketing Specialist, Field Marketing supports regional revenue growth by executing targeted marketing programs aligned directly to sales priorities. This role partners closely with regional sales teams to drive leads, pipeline, and POS, turning field activity into measurable business impact. This is not an eventsonly role. Field Marketing is accountable for results. What Youll Do Execute regional marketing plans aligned to Small Law growth priorities Partner with sales to support lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and renewals Coordinate and support inperson and virtual programs (CLEs, lunches, demos, regional events) with clear followup and measurement Support accountbased marketing (ABM) initiatives for priority and atrisk accounts Develop and adapt regionally relevant, salesready materials (talk tracks, onepagers, followup assets) Track and report on performance metrics including leads, engagement, and POS Manage regional budgets and ensure activities align to ROI expectations Collaborate with demand gen, digital, and content teams to ensure consistency and impact What Success Looks Like Marketing programs are clearly tied to sales outcomes Sales teams actively use and request Field Marketing support Regional activity converts into qualified leads and pipeline Programs are executed with discipline, followup, and accountability What You Bring 24 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, or demand generation Strong interest in salesaligned marketing and revenue accountability Experience supporting events, campaigns, or ABM initiatives Comfort working crossfunctionally with sales teams Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously Strong communication, organization, and followthrough U.S. National Base Pay Range: $53,900 - $89,800.
