Millers Cove Rd Walland, TN 37886 The Private Owner Housekeeping role is a fast-paced position responsible for maintaining privately owned homes on property. This team helps ensure homes are well cared for and maintained according to established standards and owner preferences. Pay Range: $15.00-16.00 per hour. Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Must be detail-oriented in all cleaning aspects Bring laundry to the warehouse for pick up by the laundry facility Vehicle maintenance ensure golf carts and vans are cleaned out at the end of each shift and, when applicable, plugged in or prepared for the next shift. Notify Owners Administrator and/or Leadership and Maintenance of any issues immediately Check rooms for final inspection after he/she has cleaned Prepared to assist with cleaning and laundering duties as needed to support daily operations, if needed Must comply with all company policies and procedures. To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required. Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent Some experience with cleaning and understanding of standards Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel environment LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to effectively communicate with other team members, guest, and managers MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Basic knowledge and understanding of math REASONING ABILITY Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to be on feet for a long period Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
