Procurement Agent Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent to join our Materials and Standards team in Everett, WA. The Materials Contracts team is responsible for managing BCAs supply chain contracts for chemicals and composite materials. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and solve complex problems with creative solutions. This individual will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will execute and maintain contracts within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures. Our team is currently hiring for an Associate (Level 2) or Mid-Level (Level 3) Procurement Agent. Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and specifications. Evaluate proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization. Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise. Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement procedures and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
