Position Summary... Role summary:supplier-related issues to ensure seamless product setup and availability. You will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience through accurate product content and effective communication programs. Utilizing data analysis and financial insights, you will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and promotional planning. This role requires a strong focus on operational excellence, vendor relationship management, and the implementation of category strategies that align with business objectives and drive value for customers across multiple channels. About the team: The team manages a complex category focused on providing effective solutions for chronic and acute foot care needs, helping customers save money and improve their well-being. They collaborate closely with suppliers and internal partners to ensure accurate product setup, execute customer education programs, and support promotional activities across stores and online channels. Utilizing data analysis and business insights, the team drives category strategy, supplier management, and pricing decisions. They maintain high standards of integrity and operational excellence while fostering a collaborative environment dedicated to delivering value and a seamless customer experience. What you'll do... Support supplier negotiations and manage purchase orders for assigned categories. Assist merchants in resolving supplier issues and setting up new suppliers for stores and online. Execute customer communication and education programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Analyze sales data and track category performance to support budgeting and forecasting efforts. Develop and implement feature proposals and promotional strategies across channels. Maintain accurate product content and support item setup and pricing decisions. Collaborate with modular teams to optimize assortment layouts and inventory allocations. Leverage data tools to generate insights and support business decision-making. What you'll bring: Proven experience in vendor relationship management and supplier negotiations within a retail or merchandising environment. Strong proficiency in category strategy development and execution to support business growth and customer needs. Ability to analyze data and business metrics to inform purchasing decisions and forecast category performance. Skilled in managing purchase orders, resolving supplier issues, and supporting item setup for both stores and online channels. Effective collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with merchants, planners, and modular teams. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in product content and pricing recommendations.
