Dietary Compliance: Follow specific recipe logs and modify textures to meet specialized therapeutic diets. Kitchen Safety: Maintain pristine sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment. Food Storage: Label, date, and rotate food inventory according to health department regulations. Team Collaboration: Assist the Dietary Director in managing kitchen workflow and tray line assembly. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience, preferably in a healthcare, senior living, or high-volume setting. Knowledge: Basic understanding of therapeutic diets, portion control, and food safety standards. Certification: Valid ServSafe or food handler's certificate required. Skills: Ability to read recipes, manage time efficiently, and work independently. Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
