Position Summary... Join Walmart as a Senior Manager, Project Management Industrial Design and Construction and lead transformative programs that shape the future of our industrial real estate portfolio. Our team oversees the strategy, design, and execution of Walmarts industrial real estate projects nationwide. In this role, youll directly influence how Walmart grows and adapts to meet evolving business needs. What you'll do... Lead key industrial design and construction programs from strategy to mass implementation Project manage new ground-up (greenfield) industrial projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept through completion Oversee project portfolios, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment Present progress and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners Develop and refine processes for greater efficiency and consistency Coordinate and consult on business initiatives, supporting project-specific needs What youll bring Bachelors in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3 + years experience in Commercial Real Estate or Warehouse site development, building design, and/or 8+ years experience in construction management or experience in other site development, building design, and construction management 3+ years proven expertise in program and project management Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple site development projects at one time, either new construction or existing TI (tenant improvement) from either the site/building design, project management, or construction management perspective. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
