MT Operations Manager

As an MT Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Operations: Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer service for Enterprise clients. Build relationships with Clients through constant contact and advocacy by offering advice, solutions, and proactive issue management. Lead continuous improvement initiatives with clients. Monitor, improve and report upon key performance indicators including financial performance of accounts and team productivity. Conduct market research to proactively communicate industry trends that will impact a clients business. Management: Identify and develop talent through coaching, mentoring and performance management Provide operational excellence by training, developing, and managing your team on a daily basis. Coach team members to grow and succeed in their roles. The Operations Manager position is well-suited for you if you are: A Planner: Communicating with client on higher level goals/initiatives to help service their business needs. A Problem Solver: Creatively problem solve day to day. A Motivator: Being able to celebrate big wins for team/clients when it comes to operations.
