Job Description: The Role As a critical member of the Operations and Service Group (OSG), the Associate Analyst, Corporate Actions, will provide world-class customer experience as part of the Corporate Actions International Dividends Announcements team. The Associate Analyst will be responsible for operational oversight of international dividends announcements, including cash dividends, return of capital, and bond interest payments for foreign securities. Additional duties include assisting with other International Dividends functions/adjustments and interacting with the Client Service and Support organizations as well as our global custodian, Citibank. The Associate Analyst will be a key contributor to a positive and inclusive team environment and have a strong dedication to team success. The Expertise and Skills You Bring College degree preferred or equivalent experience 4 years of brokerage operations experience required Operational experience supporting domestic and/or international dividends reconciliation, research and announcements Working knowledge of dividend rules and regulations Positive relationship-building skills with a focus on our clients and internal business partners Initiative to seek out problems, improve processes, and learn new functions Flexibility, adaptability, and a desire to work in a strong team-based environment Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and assertively with internal and external stakeholders Ability to work both independently and within a dynamic team Track record of end-to-end process improvement delivering tangible business results Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
