While reporting to the Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for forklift driving and material handling of raw/finished goods in our tube and core division. You will be responsible for working in a quick and safe manner. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. You must have a proven record of success in a fast-paced environment. What you will be doing: Responsible for the safe and efficient performance of assigned duties and the operation of a stand-up forklift. Support the needs of production through the handling and distribution of finished goods, raw materials to the appropriate workstations throughout the plant. Checks and verifies tags/marking/labels for accuracy. Loads/unloads trucks; processes and maintains appropriate paperwork. Maintains parts inventory; assists with monthly inventory; arranges and sorts warehouse stock. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area. We'd love to hear from you if: Previous experience in driving a forklift To succeed in this role, you will need excellent writing and verbal communication skills and the ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions Working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously is needed.
