Process Technician B Shift Location: Bloomington, Minnesota | On-Site Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: 6pm-6am Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Wed About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Process Technician to support critical Defect and Metrology tools within our semiconductor manufacturing operations. In this role, youll create and maintain measurement recipes, respond to automation and process issues, and support engineering data needs. Your work will directly impact product quality, tool performance, and operational efficiency across the fab. Key Responsibilities Create and troubleshoot scan and measurement machine recipes, including pattern recognition and measurement adjustments. Act as the first responder to out-of-control product conditions and automation system errors. Support engineering teams by providing accurate and timely ad hoc measurement data. Recommend and help implement new Best-Known Methods (BKMs). Assist with qualification activities for new equipment across multiple process teams. Contribute to technology development, debugging efforts, and improvement projects that enhance efficiency and reduce cost. Qualifications Required: Working knowledge of statistics Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in technical writing, computer use, and structured problem solving Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate across teams Preferred: Experience managing multiple high-priority tasks Knowledge of semiconductor processing, particularly Defect-Metrology Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles and charting Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word What We Offer Salary: $20.20 $44.75 per hour (good-faith estimate) Benefits & Other Eligible Compensation: Includes medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, paid time off starting day one, 401(k) plan with company match, annual incentive bonus, tuition reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, and additional voluntary benefits.
