What you'll do: Utilize core assessment criteria and behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies by researching talent channels and market trends. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, improve selection accuracy, and enhance talent pipelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives. Manage recruitment processes ensuring accountability for timelines, candidate experience, and quality of hire. Support agile project initiatives by tracking progress, identifying improvements, and applying productivity tools. Provide consultative guidance on talent acquisition decisions and negotiate outcomes that benefit both candidates and the business. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in talent acquisition, including recruitment planning and behavioral interviewing techniques. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to prepare insightful intake calls and drive effective conversations. Experience leveraging recruitment software and metrics to analyze data, identify trends, and improve sourcing strategies. Ability to manage multiple priorities using agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA to track progress and deliver results. Excellent decision-making skills supported by data-driven insights and sound judgment. Effective communication skills to guide hiring processes and build long-term relationships. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
