Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is currently seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer with 4 10 years of experience to join our team in El Paso or Las Cruces. The position will focus primarily on water/wastewater related projects, including but not limited to supply, conveyance, treatment, and disposal. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is eager to lead and grow as a professional working in a fast-paced team environment in our El Paso, TX office. The position may include production management, project management, contracting, mentoring and client management. This position provides the opportunity to not only work with water/wastewater projects but collaborate with other sectors projects as well. Essential Job Functions: Although expected to work independently, this individual must be able to interact well with other team members within the Wilson & Company team. Contact and visit clients for business development / marketing, including attendance at local industry conferences and seminars. High degree of intrapersonal and communication skills is necessary. Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills. Comfortable to manage and develop business client relationships. Proficient in managing a wide range of water and wastewater projects to meet client schedules and budgets. Ability to mentor engineers in training and design staff in project execution and client expectations. Excellent work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles. Required Experience: BS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering emphasis MS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering is preferred 4-10 years of experience TXPE License or the ability to obtain a license in 6-months is required Experience with plan production, familiarity with the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD MEP3d, AutoCAD Plant3d, or revit is preferred. Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations as well as technical report writing Experience with hydraulic modeling utilizing WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWater, or InfoSewer Job Location: El Paso, Texas Annual Salary Range: $101,000 - $150,000 (Depending on Experience) Please note that Wilson & Company is not currently sponsoring applicants for work visas.
