Position Summary Ingram Micro is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Platform Operations Specialist to support the successful adoption, utilization, and operational efficiency of our Xvantage platform. This role is responsible for addressing platform-related inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism while ensuring compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs). The Platform Operations Specialist performs a broad range of transactional and order entry functions to support internal business teams, associates, and key stakeholders. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, optimizing platform workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance platform usage, and delivering timely issue resolution. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, operational discipline, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to convert business opportunities into measurable outcomes. What Youll Do Respond to platform inquiries, requests, and transactional support needs with urgency, accuracy, and adherence to required SLAs. Perform order entry and transactional processing activities while reviewing and validating the accuracy of all incoming requests. Support internal users and business partners in navigating and adopting the Xvantage platform effectively. Maintain a high level of data integrity by auditing transactions, validating records, and ensuring information accuracy across systems. Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, streamline business processes, and improve platform efficiency. Partner closely with Account Managers, Business Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to convert identified opportunities into successful operational outcomes. Generate data quality reports, dashboards, and performance metrics; analyze trends and provide actionable business insights. Assist in issue resolution by leveraging knowledge of Ingram Micro processes, products, and platform solutions. Deliver exceptional internal customer service through professional communication, problem-solving, and timely follow-up. Provide general operational and administrative support to the broader team as needed. What You Bring to the Role Strong understanding of professional communication, customer service excellence, and issue resolution best practices. Working knowledge of Ingram Micro programs, services, products, and business processes preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to review data, identify trends, and provide meaningful recommendations. Associate degree (two-year college degree) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of relevant functional experience; OR High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of functional experience, preferably at a senior level. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $43,800.00 - $70,100.00 per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range. At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
