As a cloud architect on our team, youll build, operate, and maintain hybrid cloud capabilities. Youll manage and communicate risk, utilizing your ability to strategically think, develop plans, and orchestrate execution. Youll collaborate with your team as we research the environment and recommend tools and capabilities from various on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. Youll share expertise with your teammates as we help the customer overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud. Your technical expertise will be vital as you work with the Air Force to ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process. You Have: 1+ years of experience using Windows or Linux Experience building solutions in AWS or Azure TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Ability to obtain an IAT or IAM Level II or III certification, such as CompTIA Security+ Certification, before start date Nice If You Have: Experience managing Docker containers Experience creating and maintaining highly reliable and scalable systems to reduce issues and downtime, including design and implementation of servers, storage systems, and network infrastructures Experience with modern security best practices for cloud infrastructure and networks Experience using Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, and scripting tools such as Bash, PowerShell, JSON, and Python Experience using Terraform, and management and monitoring tools Experience supporting operations for web-based applications Ability to analyze test results and effectively communicate with stakeholders, developers, and operations teams to continuously improve the health, stability, and reliability of the system Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, to interact with clients and lead, train, and mentor junior system administrators and cloud engineers Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field Cloud certifications Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
