Job Description: The Chart Audit Specialistis responsibleformaintaining Ivys mission, vision, and values to continue to support and train the Ivy clinicians to empower their documentation to show the clinically excellent care that they have provided. Our ideal teammate has a strongclinical documentation and training background with an understanding of the regulations and policies that direct the needs of documentation and has an educational approach to providing feedback and training. This position allows for remote work. Your responsibilities will include: Review clinical documentation to ensure the documentation highlights the skilled care that was provided as well as the medical necessity of the care as it is described within the regulatory manuals. Schedule and lead educational sessions based on the results of the review of documentation Cultivaterelationships with the clinical leadership and compliance team Assist in the development of education materials Act as a resource and support the clinical operations team with documentation related matters To excel in this role, you should possess: Graduatefrom an accredited BCBA program or have passed the RBT certification exam by the BACB At least 4 years of clinical experience Ability to work in afast-pacedenvironment while maintaining a positive attitude Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed expectations, learn and grow Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task Microsoft product (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency Understanding of regulatory policies Why Choose Ivy?
