Essential Functions: Monitoring, updating and closing work orders in customer portals (including all necessary updates and communications required based on contracts and SLAs for each specific Account). Working with customers, branches, account managers and billing team for all pre-invoicing activities within customer portals. Single point of contact for customers and branches for all work order activities. As our KONE Business Services Agent you will bring 2+ years of customer service experience working out of a ticket tool or portal system, alongside a background with excel. These learned skills could have been acquired via Associates Degree or with work experience. With a background in multi-tasking and demonstrating great attention to detail with a strong communication, you will be successful in this role. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
