VCA Rancho San Diego Animal Hospital is seeking a full time Client Service Representative to join our team! We are a 4 Doctor general practice that treats dogs, cats and exotic pets. Experience in the veterinary field is helpful but not required for this position. Pay Range for this position: $17.40 to $23.50 (hourly) What we need: A people person who possesses multitasking capabilities, basic computer & phone skills, who truly cares about the customer experience and enjoys problem solving. The Client Service Representative(CSR) is the face and voice of the practice and sets the tone for each customer's visit. Responsibilities include: -Welcoming visitors -Booking appointments -Managing phone lines and e-mail correspondence -Processing financial transactions -General client service and communication -Collaborating with other team members -Reception area maintenance(including the occasional removal/clean up of animal waste) What you get: -A set schedule with 5day/8hour shifts. -Weekends off. -A fun, dynamic, educational work environment with coworkers who genuinely care about each other.
