What Youll Do Be the Guide: Help patients understand their treatment options and feel great about their care from first conversation to final smile. Keep It Moving: Schedule appointments, coordinate with providers, and make sure every step runs smoothly and on time. Master the Details: Handle insurance verification, present financial plans, and keep treatment records organized and accurate. What Youll Bring 2+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator (bonus points if youve supported an OM or led parts of the front office).
