What Youll Do: Provide daily nursing care and assistance to residents based on their individual care plans. Help residents with personal care, grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Monitor and report changes in residents conditions to nursing supervisors. Assist with meals, hydration, and after-meal care while promoting dignity and comfort. Record vital signs, intake, and output as directed. Keep resident rooms tidy and ensure a clean, comfortable environment. Create and maintain a warm, friendly, and resident-centered atmosphere. Support the team by following care plans, safety policies, and established procedures. Qualifications: Must hold a current CNA certification in California and be in good standing. Compassionate, reliable, and eager to provide excellent care. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Previous experience in long-term care preferred, but not required well train the right fit!
