Job Title: Operations Process Manager Reporting To: Management, General Manufacturing & Operations Work Schedule: Onsite Buffalo, NY Moog is seeking an Operations Process Manager to take on a critical role in supporting the Commercial Aftermarket Team in East Aurora, NY. You will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, which includes developing and improving processes, managing staff, allocating resources, and ensuring quality control. You will strategically and tactically support the Assembly and Test area, as well as applying continuous improvement operational processes / technologies to existing or mature production programs. In this role, youll take ownership and drive operational metric results in a high volume, short turnaround time environment.
