Job Description What is the opportunity? The 2026 program is based in Minneapolis, MN and runs from June 01, 2026 August 14, 2026. We have a variety of different corporate functions in our Minneapolis, MN office that support this business. We are actively seeking interns to support our Fixed Income Trading business at RBC Wealth Management U.S. Our program provides students the opportunity to gain in-depth, hands-on experience while working and learning alongside our experienced financial services professionals. Our program includes learning sessions, social outings, volunteer work, career development, networking opportunities, exposure to executive leadership and more. What will you do? Interns will be assigned various projects that may include: Rotating through product trading desks including Convertibles, Municipals, Mortgage Backed Securities, Preferreds, Structured Investments, UITs, and Strategies Learn various trading systems including Bloomberg, TradeWeb, Portfolio Solutions and iCapital Structured Investments Develop tools to assist trading desks in efficiently managing their business which may include working on technology and/or regulatory projects Develop business acumen Other general administrative support duties as assigned What do you need to succeed? Junior or Senior (Graduation dates between Dec 2026 May 2028) with a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to review, analyze, and manipulate data Ability to think and work independently within a professional setting Strong interest in financial services industry FINRA SIE license a bonus Leadership experience Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship Whats in it for you?
