What Youll Experience As a trainee, you will complete a comprehensive 6week training program that includes classroom instruction, handson practice, and direct mentorship. What Youll Do Install, modify, and maintain aircraft sheet metal and composite components Fabricate, assemble, and rework structural parts Use precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards Perform inspections and maintain accurate documentation Read and work from engineering drawings and production specifications What You Need Mechanical experience, including use of drills, pneumatic tools, and hand tools. Must demonstrate comfort and competence with these tools.
