Enterprise Senior Account Director, Demand Sales New York City, NY Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office) At Magnite, we cultivate an environment of continuous growth and collaboration. About this team: Were on the lookout for a Dynamic Enterprise Senior Account Director to join our Demand Sales team and expand our fastest-growing products. This role will be central to driving adoption of Magnites enterprise technology solutions, with a focus on ClearLine Activation and Curation. Working hand in hand with multiple departments internally and diverse partners externally, this individual will help bring innovative solutions to market that deliver better business outcomes for clients. This role will report directly to our Lead, HoldCo Enterprise Sales. In this role you will: Lead strategic discussions across ClearLine Activation and Curation, becoming a subject matter expert across all platforms. Support all GTM sales teams by bringing clients clear, innovative, and technically sound solutions that drive measurable business results. Service and engage clients negotiating and influencing senior-level leaders on matters of significance to their organizations. Create, implement, and own a sales pipeline for Magnites ClearLine Activation and Curation products. Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the complete sales cycle and own the relationships post-contract. Drive net-new revenue across highly strategic business initiatives. Partner with Holding Companies, Brand Clients and Barters to unlock value through Magnites enterprise solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Account Management, Marketing, and other internal teams to shape product needs and ensure client success. Were looking for someone with: 6+ years of experience in programmatic, with a strong focus on CTV/Video. Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Hands-on experience with buying platforms and/or curation technology, ideally gained at a technology company or agency. Advanced understanding of how buyers curate and activate on supply, both directly and programmatically. A proven track record of being solution-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to change. A forward-looking mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and create new paths to growth. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. In NY, the base salary range for this role is $130,000 $160,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.
