Business Operations Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Quality Business Operations is seeking a Senior level Business Operations Specialist to support continued implementation and sustaining of the enterprise-wide Safety & Quality Plan in Renton, Everett, or Auburn WA. Position Responsibilities: Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorization, such as sourcing strategy for commitment of work, cost imperatives, deployment analysis and impact mitigation. Supports the coordination and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business case. Coordinates the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies. Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case. Meets with leadership to gain approval. Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance. Ensures follow up action for issue resolution. Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience performing in a support organization such as, but not limited to, Business Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Change Management, Strategy, Project Management, or Supply Chain role 5+ year of experience with strong presentation skills and the capability to effectively communicate data in Senior and Executive Leadership briefings 5+ years of experience collecting, and leading high- level projects for Executives or Senior leadership 5+ years of experience in a role that requires organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 7+ or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelors degree or higher Experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion Experience with Boeing's Program Management Best Practices or equivalent program/project management processes Experience working across multiple programs and/or functions in a manufacturing environment Prior or current experience in Business Operations and/or Project Management Organizations Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
